Yesterday 50 Cent sat down with MTV's Rob Markman for an in-depth interview, today they're back again – this time talking about the current standing of G-Unit as a group.
He speaks on the group and Lloyd Banks in particular and the reason behind their falling out.
In case you thought 50 was a different person think again, with a straight face and cold heart he basically wanted Banks to hurry up and get over his father's passing.
“His father passed away and I was like, ‘All right, he passed away but you can’t just go home and stay home. Ask Kanye, his mother passed away while his record was at a peak point. If he didn’t go on tour, he wouldn’t be the Kanye you know right now. He worked his way through that situation; the world doesn’t stop”.
I completely understand where Fif is coming from but at the same time Banks may have felt he needed a friend more than a boss in that moment.
