I’m no youngin, I been around the block, but the music of today as far as hip hop has changed. I every now and again will scour through a few tapes here and there on datpiff and one artist in particular tops all these guys. His name is TH3 SLK. (Not THE CAR. lol). I listened to a song called NEW DON FLOW and was blown away. My kids tell me its a remake of Kanye West’s song New God Flow but his content is hearfelt. He talks about real things like his mother passing and along the tape he might boast but he has star power. He is a new LL with modern “swagger” if you will. I followed him on twitter @TH3SLK and he seems to be well known. Am I missing something? Why isn’t this guy on this list. I mean he has 40 plus tracks on one mixtape. Thats gotta be history right there. He announced he will be dropping a single soon, Can;t wait to hear it!! I may be old school but I know good music and If we have to deal with todays music atleast let it be good. HE delivers!!

I really like this post, Hip Hop music Industry is just crazy nowadays, Albums, Mixtape back to back. But lil wayne and rick ross will be on top for the next 10years.
