Big Sean Talks About “All Me” Initially Being For “Hall Of Fame”

Posted on August 4, 2013

MTV caught up with Big Sean before his show in NYC, to talk about Drake's newly released single All Me which features Sean & 2 Chainz. Sean talks about how the record came about, he had made a verse for the Key Wane produced beat, and shelved it for use later on his upcoming Hall Of Fame album.

As it turns out Drake heard the beat and wanted it for his upcoming  Nothing Was The Same project. Drake had already written song for the beat, Key Wane told Sean that Drake wanted to use it for his album so, he ended up sending the verse he had stashed away.

And the rest is as they say…..History.
