I’m not fuckin black n I say the word nigga all the fuckin time whether its with close friends that are or aren’t black, it’s lost it’s derogatory meaning when we say it amongst ourselves as far as we’re concerned. And we even “take a stab at it” when it comes to nigger and actin niggerish, we joke amongst ourselves and don’t put the hate behind the word, we say it just as what it is, a fuckin word like any other. If you get offended by it then you need to pull your head out of your ass, cause if no one’s offending you then you shouldn’t be offended, duh. I think it’s clear when someone says it in a derogatory way, and if that’s the way then go ahead n get mad, but when it’s just a bunch of us chillin and we call each other niggas then I don’t see the issue cause as far as we’re all concerned we’re all each others niggas, down for one another and homeboys till the end. And not all of us are black we’re from all over the fuckin place, but to us the word doesn’t have to do with black, it’s all about what we mean to each other and its gotten its meaning from being someones nigger in slave days when being someones nigger you’d have to do what they said which is fucked up, but we’ve turned that word into something that expresses how close you are with your homeboy that you say that’s your nigga, why?? Cause like a slave, but not literally, that niggas there for you whenever you need him, and he’s always got your back. And that’s how I view my niggas and that’s how they view me, it’s about dependability and being brotherly. Breaking it down to this extent it doesn’t even make perfect sense but that’s cause words are ever changing in meaning and definition, from the moment someone else uses it to refer to anything else, that’s how language is. Nigga, isn’t about who’s black, that’s not the meaning of that word anymore. And when it comes to saying nigger it’s still just a word and there’s a context for it w.o really being racist or negative but the formality of it said “nigger” is almost unable to be said w.o it sounding bad. But just saying nigga casually it’s clear when someone’s not being racist, and for the most part the people that ARE racist will be it without saying the word, they act biased and will try and make shit harder for you, they won’t spend their time trying to hurt you with a word, in the meantime your panties are all in a bunch over who just said “hey whats good my nigga”, open your eyes and find the problem isn’t the stupid little word, and the solution can only come through time and understanding. So get off it, cause your bitching and complaining won’t solve anything regardless of what you think the problem is. And also… there’s soooo much more that could be said on the topic, and better ways to go through it all but it’s not like I’m doing a fuckin study or writing a fuckin book, so if you understood then good for you, if you didn’t then, “whateva nigga”.
