Everybody keep tryna come at Joe’s head because of what he said, but no one is takin him up on his offer. Joe put out a rap challenge to anyone who agrees with the list or disagrees with anything he says, and still no one is battling him. They all keep sayin he’s wrong, this and that, but no of them are PROVING it. Joey said he can prove it at any time… looks like Meth is scared to me

I second Derek on this. What Joe said wasn’t disrespectful to Meth at all in my eyes. The cat made a point on a lyrical level and said he can back it up on a lyrical level. When he was making his remarks on the list with Joell they both were talking in reference to a lyricist level and stripping them of their legendary status. They made it clear on that. Everyone has to agree that the list doesn’t make any sense. No matter how you put it. It needs to be defined a great deal, and this is VIBE we are talkin about. Yeah, the list could be talking about rappers at their peaks or today. But come one seriously, he is right. In 2009, if you strip him of his achievements and legend status, can Melle Mel rap ? Come On!
As for the Joe and Meth thing, Method man cannot be challenge because he is a legend?… or that his skills is unquestionable because of his legendary status in Hip Hop?. You have got to be crazy. Cats is trippin. Yes, talking shit about a legend’s career is disrespectful. But saying you are lyrically better then someone is not disrespectful towards their status as a legend . Nor was he taking shots at Method Man and what he was done in hip hop. Joe said if meth was in front of him now, ( when they are looking at the list in 2009) and they were both to spit bars back and forth that he is better than Meth. How the hell is that crossing into disrespect and personal moral integrity for Hip Hop or as a man Busta? Are you serious? As much as I love Busta as an artist, he makes no damn sense here. As a man, Joe said he can prove it lyrically and this is something which many of us would like to hear, Joe vs Meth on a track. Bump all the tough talk and let the fans see this matchup if everyone is making such a fuss about it.
