Man, do y’all know the cats on this cut? Consequence! Q Tip!LARGE PROFESSOR!!!..and no comments, minimal listens…damn, hip hop really is dead..bet lil wayne and waka flocka are getting listens..dang, y’all yung ‘uns destroyed the most beautiful genre of music and culture ever…and missed out on the golden age, when ish was real…shame

  I feel you Philly… I was watching an old school documentary clip last night on the making of ‘Illmatic’… They interviewed Nas “The GODSON”, Q-Tip, Large Professor and DJ Premiere… That shit took me back… It’s crazy to see how much “hip-hop” has evolve… Some for good and mostly for worst… Nobody appreciate content anymore… Its all about “gimmicks” and repetitive annoying hooks that most of the time makes no damn sense… JUST SAD!!!
