Remember that little scuffle Drake between Chris Brown that went down about a year ago right around this time?…….Yeah?
Though you probably don't remember that they got sued for the altercation.
Well now Drake and Chris Brown can both rest a little easier regarding their 2012 nightclub brawl. A $16 million lawsuit filed against the two stars over the fight that occurred at W.i.P. nightclub has officially been dropped by a New York judge.
Greenhouse, a nightclub across the street from W.i.P., filed a lawsuit against the two artists, claiming that the brawl resulted in a financial loss because of it's close proximity to W.i.P. But a judge ruled that neither Drake nor Brown will have to pay Entertainment Enterprises, the owners of Greenhouse.
The fight occurred last summer and both Brown and Drake–as well as W.i.P.–have been hit with numerous lawsuits, ranging from NBA star Tony Parker, who was hit in the eye with shattered glass, a pair of women who were at the club, and Chris Brown's bodyguard.
