Yon may remember Drake from his joint Ransom with Lil Wayne on it that we posted about month ago, which he bodied by the way. Ransom was hard body and if you’ve been following this blog for a while then you might have caught some early joints form Drizzy like Replacement Girl featuring Trey Songs and The City Is Mine which we broke almost 2 years ago. If you saw Lil Wayne’s performance at the VMA’s then you heard him spit a different verse from Misunderstood, that was Drake’s verse he borrowed from Money To Blow, and he even shouted Drizzy out at the end saying “Drake Drizzy I Love You Boy“.
Contrary to what was previously reported Drake is not singed to Lil Wayne’s Young Money record label, his debut album Thank Me Later is dropping in 2009 on Interscope.
Apart from Ransom Drake also collaborated with Lil Wayne on another track, Wayne was on the remix to Drakes Brand New. And if you saw his mixtape cover and your wondering why he looks familiar, yes thats Aubrey Graham that plays Jimmy Books in the Degrassi TV show, not that I watch it or anything…LOL
