G.O.O.D. Music’s “Cruel Summer” Debuts At #2 With 200K Sold

Posted by & filed under Hip Hop News.

Not bad, usually Group albums don’t do that well, but 205,000 is good by any standard not to mentioned they already have a platinum selling single in the bag.

The album fell short of the number one spot due to Pink’s “The Truth About Love” in the Billboard Top 200 which sold 280,000. They did however lock down the No. 1 on the R&B and Hip-Hop charts.

A series of hot releases which include “Mercy,” “Cold,” “New God Flow” and most recently “Clique,” all played a role in the Cruel Summer project performing well on the charts.
