Here ‘s the cover artwork for Game’s 5th studio album, Jesus Piece. The cover depicts a brown skinned Jesus with a red flag wrapped around half his face, a tattoo tear drop and a gold Jesus piece chain.
In the background are marijuana plants, palm trees and what I’m guessing is a back drop of L.A and Long Beach.
I’m about being creative, and taking traditional things otherwise considered forbidden and putting a controversial twist on it. So longs as it’s truly of artistic expression, or challenging the status quo.
I don’t believe this to be the case, Game isn’t that deep — not to mention he has long track record of doing things just to get attention no matter what, hence why he can’t go 16 bars without name dropping.
The Jesus Piece album is set to arrive sometime in December.
So what’s your thought on the cover, is it dope or is Game just desperately aiming for shock value?

I’m surprised no one else has said anything about this besides celebrity buffoons, so I will. For a person to start using Jesus’s image to sell their imagery is more better than the person who doesn’t speak against it so let me speak against it. I’m clearly a Christian loving individual who loves gangsta music. Game is at least committing two big sins. The first is to not use His name in vein and second, not to paint images of our Lord for His purpose for giving Himself to the earth was to simplify the way to get into Heaven, by using His view towards life as the guide not to have focus on His looks. My friends, believing that Game’s artwork is anything but not a series of abominable sins is extinguishing the blessings that God has already provided for yourself. Jesus was never a gangsta and this is blasphemous.The GAME ain’t even a gangsta he is a fake a phony a#$% rapper who can’t rap and all he is good at is name dropping. I’m not. After all the backlash Kanye West got, there should be more people saying something. Game is a lame and is not even a Christian. He’s that guy who saw his favorite musician in concert and tells everybody who wasn’t at the concert that he got the chance to be on stage. Game is a “wanna-be everything”. First a wanna-be gangsta, now a wanna-be Christian. He thinks because he read about Jesus that he knows Him. It’s hard being a Christian and the Bible says that but great are the rewards being a Christian. I’m one of those Christians who will not let others think they can just pounce on my religion like that. If you want to be a Christian and accept the Lord and Saviour into your like then Hallelujah. But don’t go trying to claim Christianity as your religion like we condone everybody. My friends, the Bible also says “hethans should be put out of the church” and Game is a hethan. God’s grace is the favor you never want to lose my friends. Taking your lack of whatever out on God is not going to make God feel sorry for your short-comings my friends.
