WTF!! i saw kanye’s performance of love lockdown at the MTV awards and i must say that he cant fuckin sing, maybe im bein a lil too harsh and it was a live performance but to be honset that nigga cant sing.
when i heard the song i realised just how bad the state of hip hop has become…ppl this is wat we hav come to, more and more rappers seem to be singing nd this is not how its supposed to be. show i bet this album is gonna do real bad if kanye’s other singles are as bad as this.

This song has the potential to be hot. Hear me out.
Let’s say your boy adds 808 drums to the beat and then he adds claps, maybe even a few snares into the mix. Now throw a 2 verses from Jay-Z or Lil Wayne, then he throws one of his own verses into the mix. Now you have a 3 verse song and he can use what he already has in this song as a hook. I think this song might be nice. Just think about it.

Well for all the people hatin’ on dis song I feel wat yall sayin’ bout da voice thang. But I think kanye sang it in order ta potray more emotion than cockiness. But other than da voice for erryone confused bout da meanin and especially da video. Let me clarify. Now this is not info I got directly from Kanye so you can choose to ignore. However from studyin literature from da harlem renaissance i came to a conclusion. Da song is in reference to Africa and his roots and heritage there. Not a girl like most think. He sings about Africa as a woman that he has wronged and denied and kept low key. He does this because as an american he is sayin he is encouraged to assimilate and not keep strong connection wit his roots. So in order ta make some paper he has kept his African pride low key in da mainstream. This song is about that fact. You can see dis in da video because he is in an all white house representin America. He looks out da window seein a tribe run by freely however he is trapped inside. Also another point in the video Kanye is sittin in da corner and there is an African chief standin right next ta him and Kanye can’t bring hiself ta look at him. With this in mind watch da video and listen to da lyrics and see if you agree or have a different opinion just remember alot of hip hop is poetry and real poetry requires you disect the writing in order to understand. Hip-Hop dat requires you to study da lyrics is real.
