One thing I have actually noticed is that often there are plenty of misguided beliefs regarding the banks intentions when talking about property foreclosures. One misconception in particular is always that the bank needs to have your house. The bank wants your money, not your own home. They want the bucks they loaned you together with interest. Steering clear of the bank is only going to draw any foreclosed final result. Thanks for your posting.
