Remember when Drake did that remix to Future’s 2011 “Tony Montana” single? That’s the closest we came to a actual Future and Drake collaboration, then there was the verse added to Future and DJ Drama’s single “We In This Bitch 1.5,” followed by Lil Wayne’s “Good Kush & Alcohol“ which finds both Future and Drake on the hook.
After the Tony Montana remix, Future wanted Drake to be in the music video to which he said no which lead to a little sourness on Twitter and in interviews but nothing came of it.
Since then they’ve been featured on numerous tracks together and one thing is very clear, their styles go well together.
So it only makes sense that an official collaboration from the two would pop up at some point, Future has proved himself repeatedly over the past two years and I’m sure Drake has recognized that.
Now we have “Fo Real” by Future featuring Drake, off Future’s new mixtape F.B.G: The Movie.
