Nas Promoters Still Being Held Hostage, Over a Failed Nas Performance

Posted by & filed under Hip Hop News.

Promoters that were kidnapped in Angola over a failed Nas performance are still being held hostage more than a month later. Father and son Patrick Allocco, Sr. and Patrick Allocco, Jr. are still captive for promoting a January Nas show that ended with the rapper failing to appear.

The men were reportedly captured by angry affiliates of a local promoter Henrique Miguel on their way to the U.S. embassy following the fiasco. The Alloccos blame Nas and R&B singer Jemiah Jah for not showing up. Nas returned his advance, but Jah is refusing to follow suit.

“He put us in real harm, in real possible danger,” Allocco said. “This is the closest thing we came to someone up and running with the money.”

THe U.S. embassy is refusing to get involved, and the men are being held until they can present Miguel with another $75,000.

This is bugged out.
