After His Next LP N.O.R.E. Is “Done” With Rap

Posted on September 28, 2013

After almost 17 years in the game, N.O.R.E. will mark the release of his next album as the final chapter in his Hip Hop career, at least in terms of releasing albums.

“I think I need to step away from the game in totality as an artist per say, as N.O.R.E. to give these new artists their full shot”.

“Will I stop rapping? No, because I love to rap. But will I be putting out albums and will I be touring? That’s the part – I think I want to fully sit back and try and be a CEO”

He has decided to name his final album Melvin Flynt II: Da Final Hustle because even though many fans feel “Melvin Flynt” was his best body of work he think otherwise.

He actually didn't like it, he feels he didn't give it 100%.

I think to end my career the best way possible would be my my – in my opinion my only mistake. I know there's people out there that love Melvin Flynt, it went gold, and at the time it went gold; that was super success. And I didn't like that album because I didn't give 100%.”

What's N.O.R.E.'s best album?
