My Drink and Two Step is about 300 hundred spins away from being played out and there isn’t anymore radio friendly singles on that album apart from “Damn I Miss The Game” which I will be posting tomorrow. Blue Magic slowly grew on most people and Roc Boys is taking off in a major way plus the video is crazy, other joints on Jay’s album like “Success” and “Fallen” could be considered Classics.

Artist like Redman , Method Man, Ludacris, Fabolous, The Roots & now Nas, these groups need to have the proper attention. And they need to be promoted properly. And in order to get that attention there can’t be any conflicts of interest. You know the president of the label putting a record out while all the other artist are waiting, that’s a conflict of interest. It has nothing to do with if he is talented or has the right to put music out because he should. But in my opinion, and this is just my opinion, I think with Def Jam and Universal should of did was pay him the money that he deserved as an artist, instead of using him as a glorified president to attract talent, and sacrifice the careers of the rest of the people on the label by accident, by default.

Wow, I knew the numbers would go down the second week but not by 80 percent, I was certain 50 Cent was going to out do Kanye West in the second week. This was great for hip hop in the first week but even our two biggest artist still fell victim to staggering record sales. 50 Cent is still not platinum his first week, I guess we will how these two make out for the 3rd week.

Ask Sickamore or Gotti. They were there. These niggas said they had guns. I said, “Not you, Prodigy, you’re too small, I’ll beat you up with one hand. But I’ll fight any one of y’all niggas one on one. Nobody wanted to fight. This was when the Tru Life situation was going on. They kicked us out of the club and nobody in his crew wanted to pop off. He’s just hiding behind the niggas around him so he’s got his little bird chest poked out, but he’s pussy and he knows it.
