R&B is more love songs, while hip hop is meant to be a way to allow people to know how you feel and your past… plus in R&B when someone writes for them, it’s called songwriting, and they get credit for that because they’re not kept under raps. No rap artist is giving their ghost writer credit for the hot shit they deliver and that makes them fake.

I don’t think it makes any difference. So you have a ghost writter…and? Dre has always had writers, Snoop admitted he’s had many lately, R&B singers and almost every other genre of music regularly have people write songs they sing.
