Having said that, you can do all of your cellulite exercises outside without spending a dime on anything — Or, if you prefer, you can buy an inexpensive treadmill and do the exercises in your home or even at the office. When you exercise for cellulite removal, you are not just getting rid of cellulite, you are actually getting healthier and more fit with each passing day. And since these exercises take only 10-20 minutes a day for 3-4 days a week, you really have no excuse not to start your own cellulite workout schedule.
