While in New York, T.I. stops by the The Breakfast Club on Power 105.1 to chop it up with the crew for a little while. He was in good spirits and it’s a 360 from when he was up there the last time.
During the interview T.I. talks about finally having the freedom to make the type of music he couldn’t make while going through his legal troubles. He talks about the state of mind he was in during that period and how he’s no longer in that space.
Throughout the interview he makes it clear that T.I.P is back though he does try to make a conscious effort to maintain a humble spirit.
During his recording process of putting together his new “Trouble Man: Heavy Is The Head“ album, T.I. recorded 100+ songs. From he’s saying some of those songs will make it onto the follow up album “Trouble Man: He Who Wears The Crown,” which he says is coming soon.
T.I. seems to be restored and back to a place where many said he could never be, he has a good album out, big records and by the looks of it, he’s just getting warmed up.
