Not sure what happen to yung berg. Dayna DMystro Staggs III sued kanye and all his labels in 2009 in District Court of Maryland winning short victory and settlement claim. With his “Volume of the Good Life” european track recording overseas in the 1980′s. Apparently this also won a two grammys, ama’s and Staggs won several awards and some cash according to the blogs online and his award. If you can prove this with copyrights PA/SR/VA then go for it yung berg if you can prove access and copyrights and jurisdiction. I hear this has statute of limitations 3 yrs, and could take years.

Actually, So Appalled was produced by Kanye West and No I.D., Kanye’s verse leaked back in November 2009, then Tyga got his hands on the beat which was then featured on the Fan Of A Fan mixtape from Chris Brown & Tyga.

And what do you mean by the whole Graduation album? Most of the beats were produced by Kanye.

You can’t just make outlandish claims without know the facts homie.

i believe it. nothing new from kanye he always steals material from other rappers (ex. the whole graduation album) and that song he made big called “So Appauled” was done by Tyga Tyga called “I’m So Raw” way before kanye released his version..
