Freeway Talks About Jay-Z & Why G-Unit Deal Didn’t Work

Posted on November 29, 2012

Freeway stops by ThisIs50 to talk about few different topics.

He starts it off with a freestyle before talking to  Jack Thriller, the discussion starts off with Free talking about his passion for music and staying relevant in Hip Hop. He also talked about his new album “Diamond In The Ruff” which he feels he went back to his roots production wise with Just Blaze and Bink!

Jack Thriller asked about Jay-Z coming to Philly over the summer and having him, Bleek and Young Gunz come out to perform in a mini Roc reunion concert which he currently has plans for a show next month.

The conclude the interview Free talks about the 2007 deal with G-Unit deal with 50 Cent that was initially planned to go down but fell apart at the last second, I think Jay-z had something to do with that similar to what happened with Beanie Sigel.

“Diamond In The Ruff” is now in stores.
