Meek Mill Talks About His “Ooh Kill ‘Em” Kendrick Lamar Diss

Posted on September 11, 2013

Meek Mill just released his new diss track called Ooh Kill ‘Em going at Kendrick Lamar in response Kendrick's Control verse.

During he and MMG interview with MTV News, Meek  explains why he did the track. AS soon as Meek received the beat with the “Forgot About Dre” sample, he hopped in the booth and laid the track down that very same day.

He though he's from Philly, he explained why he had to check Kendrick on that King of New York line, that had NYC rappers feeling some type of way.

Meek made it very clear that it's just competition and he wanted to responded in a way that was a shot but respectful as the same time, similar to Kenrick's verse which a compliment wrapped in a diss.

Interestingly, Meek also said he’s seen Kendrick since the “Control” verse was released and he warned him he was going to fire back soon.
